DELIVERY & RETURNS
UPDATED 26TH MARCH 2020 - COVID-19 (Corona Virus)
During this difficult time we are all experiencing we have decided to minimise the amount of contact we have with the general public. In order to do this, we will organise a courier collection from our premises twice a week to deliver orders.
Delivery is priced by weight/size of the order. Please see the UK delivery pricing below:
Up to 1kg - £4.00
1kg - 2kg - £5.55
2kg - 10kg - £7.90
All orders of £50 or more will be free.
International Orders - As some countries currently have postal restrictions we will not be accepting any international deliveries during this time. Once restrictions are lifted we will of course be delighted to be able to offer international shipping once again.
The following will only be reinstated after Covid-19.
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours after purchase. All parcels under 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail. Post & packaging is priced at a fixed rate of £2.90 but we now offer free UK delivery for orders over £50. Please refer to the information listed below as a guide:
UK: £2.90 or free UK Delivery on orders of £50+.
EUROPE: Up to 2kg from £6.60 to £14.50
USA: Up to 2kg from £8.50 to £20.00
Orders over 2kg are sent via courier. If you are interested in placing a large order or have wholesale enquiries please call on 07599 087 320 or email firstname.lastname@example.org - we aim to respond within 24 hours.

We are pleased to also offer you the choice to select Standard International Delivery and Tracked International Service.
If your country is not listed and you are interested in placing an order please feel free to contact us directly at email@example.com.
We will do our utmost to ensure that the products arrive safely. If the unfortunate event occurs where any bottles have arrived damaged please send a photo as soon as possible and we will replace the number of broken item(s).
Delivery times are estimated to be around 7 working days, however for international shipments please note that the parcels may be held at customs upon arrival in your country, which may cause a delay to you receiving the goods for which I cannot be held responsible for. There may also be local tax/duty/customs charges which I am not liable to pay. A tracking reference will be provided for the tracked service.
In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty we will immediately replace the goods, but you must either email at or call on 07599 087 320 within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We are open Monday to Friday 10:00am-4:00pm.
However, unfortunately because of health and safety issues, we cannot accept returned soaps, bath salts, body butters, body polishes etc, unless damaged or faulty. All other non body care items can be returned for an alternative or a full refund if returned to us within 8 days of dispatch and in perfect condition. The cost of returning the goods is the customer’s responsibility. Your card will be refunded on receipt of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that custom orders cannot be returned (e.g. wedding favours).
